How do we practically build and steward a Good Place organization?

To do so, we need a set of methods and tools designed to coherently align and work together to achieve the aims of Good Places and Good Place organizations. They are like pieces of a puzzle that uniquely fit together to reveal a robust, beautiful picture of what an organization can be. These methods and tools come together to create The Good Place Organization Operating System (OOS). Within the OOS, are ten foundational building blocks designed to build and steward a Good Place organization. They offer a holistic approach to expanding God’s Kingdom in the marketplace, with each piece connected to and cooperating with the others. Together, they provide us with what we need to achieve a Biblical definition of organizational success—what success looks like in God’s economy.
