Become a Certified Organization
Through an assessment and certification process, organizations that share the vision of multiplying Good Places can earn the designation of Certified Good Place Organization. This designation confirms an organization has the foundations of a Good Place organization and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to actively engage in the Good Place Organization Operating System (OOS). A Certified Organization is one that is building and stewarding the organization in a way that aligns with Good Place principles, values, and aims as described and illustrated in the Leader’s Guide.
Becoming a Certified Organization is right for you if your leadership is passionate about multiplying Good Places and achieving the three aims of Good Places. As a Certified Organization, you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Implement the Good Place Organization Operating System (OOS)
- Engage in monthly Good Place and Stewardship Cycle coaching calls
- Access training and education materials
- Collaborate with GPI through ongoing support, communication, and feedback
- Attend monthly stewardship meetings and annual events or conferences
How to Become a Certified Organization
Becoming a Certified Organization is easy:
1. Apply
— complete an organizational assessment and leadership questionnaire to determine organizational alignment with Good Place principles, values, and the areas of the Good Place Organization Operating System.
2. Equip
— attend applicable GPI training workshops and/or engage in applicable consulting and coaching (online or in-person) to continue to be equipped, empowered, and supported with everything you need to implement the Good Place OOS.
3. Thrive
— ongoing implementation of the Good Place OOS and GPI principles, tools, resources, and ongoing support to thrive as an organization that is achieving the three aims of Good Places.
