Business Manager, The Good Place Institute Managing Innovation Consultant

Mark currently serves as the Business Manager at On Now Digital and oversees all areas of Innovation for Good Place Holdings. He has spent over a decade bringing to life new products as both determined entrepreneur and seasoned intrapreneur. He is passionate about helping organizations evaluate and iterate on new ideas to determine proper product-market-fit and business-model construction to serve customers and communities. Through his use of design thinking, the managing innovation system, and the mission model canvas, Mark aims at building delightful customer experiences that engage and equip the marketplace.

Throughout his career, Mark desires to bring to bear the philosophical truths of the gospel to the practical work of continuing in creation in order to bring more flourishing into the world.

Mark, his wife, and two sons call Cleveland, Ohio home and continue to serve in various leadership capacities across his community, his church, and the Good Place Holdings organization.
